2011 a month to month nutshell :)
January cold,raining,dreary ,family members in hospital way too often .
February snow in Texas really !
more family members ill .
March after many job interviews one calls back ,hubby and I excited !
April heat wave and drought kick in ,
Hubby starts new job only not where we were told :(
Back to a long commute for a family with one vehicle thus two hours drive time to schedule around.
Sweet Hubby works six days a week 12-14 hour shifts.
My Dad begins going to the V.A. twice weekly for medical needs,
mom is in remission ,things are moving forward.
May is hotter than normal ,hubby starts work closer to home only a half hour commute one way :)
Yeah drive time is now one hour round trip , Yippee .
My Dad's health begins to go down hill quickly,
so Dad must stop working altogether.
June,is really hot,even for us Texans .
July Hubby's new job comes to a sudden end on July 4th ! Yikes .
August more job interviews - doing our best to help parents make adjustments to living on social security ,while still dealing with overhead and medical expenses,time of stress for everyone.
September Hubby has new job 45 minutes one way - Labor Day through December become full time extended visits with parents .
I Miss working at Paplys Antique and gift shop,it's a long trip for hubby as parents don't live near us .
Thus hubby and son take me up and leave me ,than come back again as I need to come home for rest or catching up on things at home .
How do people run multiple households ?
Huge miracle happened Thanksgiving ,Hubby and son found a vehicle for parts like ours being towed to salvage yard,a few phone calls later it turns out it is in better condition than what we have ,so in the near future we will have two old suburbans to share :)
While this may not explain anything to anyone it is okay ,really too much to share without a three volume book !
Thank you and God bless you everyone who lifted me up ,prayed ,and continue to wait patiently for my return to blog land .
I truly miss my time visiting here and there to greet some of the most amazing people I have ever known !
